Education as brewer & maltster (M/F/D)

Beginners, who have their talent in the technical field, discover excellent opportunities worldwide with the dual training as brewer and maltster. The brewer and maltster's versatile tasks include controlling and monitoring the entire brewing process. So to speak, from the straw to the glass. Excellent computer skills are just as indispensable as scientific understanding in the fields of math, chemistry and physics in order to guarantee the highest quality standards of beer at all times. Practical training takes place mainly in the brewery or malt house, while theoretical instruction takes place in selected brewery vocational schools.
