In various brewing courses, you can brew your own Hachenburger beer in this micro-brewery.
Make a top-quality craft brew yourself in one of the approximately 6-hour brewing courses. You decide on the beer style in advance.
During the course, you first receive a brief overview of the raw materials and then choose your individual beer recipe together with your group.

Brewyour own Hachenburger beer under the guidance of an experienced brewer in our modern "micro-brewery" and experience a unique excursion into the world of pleasure and taste "beer". In the brewingcourse, make a top product of the art of brewing yourself using a recipe that you and your brewing group choose at the beginning of the brewing course. Then you will be instructed in the art of brewing - everyone gets their special task. The brewer, for example, mashes and spins, Quality Assurance monitors the laboratory samples and Logistics keeps all the equipment ready. Then the beer is crushed, stirred, mashed and milled as much as it takes - a beer experience that you won´t soon forget.

The brewing courses take place on selected days in the Hachenburger brewing workshop.
They are disigned for groups of up to 14 people and last around 6-7 hours. The brewing courses can be booked as individuals, small groups (mixed groups) or as an incentive for a group.

An excursion into the world of beer! In this appox. 6 to 7 hour brewing course we will teach you the "basics" of brewing and an exciting excursion into the world of beers. You will also receive a brief overview of the raw materials and then choose your individual beer recipe together with your group. You will then create your own beer brew step by step under the guidance of an experienced brewer - from mashing to lautering!
For all brewing courses you will also receive the high-quality bound workbook for the course - also great as a gift voucher!

In addition, we fill each participiant as a special highlight the beer brewed in the course into a 5 l beer KEG, wich you design in the course and come to pick it up in our brewery after the usual 6 to 8 weeks maturing time.

You will also receive a 25€ voucher for the Hachenburger shop. There you will find many attractive items for enjoying beer at home, such as Hachenburger glasses, our textile collection and cool accessories for your party cellar.
